Service Description
Enhance your pickleball skills in a group setting with others of similar ability. Benefit from interactive sessions and shared experiences to elevate your game. Nick will work with you on specialized skills and drills to help you reach your pickleball goals. This option is targeted at players that have their own court and no court rental is needed. Pricing starts at $140 for two players per hour and increases by $20 per additional player up to a maximum of 4 players.
Cancellation Policy
Rules: 1) Client will sign in for each session at beginning of session. If budy training, each person must sign on his/her own agreement. But if one person does not make it, the session will still be used by the showing client, with the non-showing client to forfeit their session. 2) You must use all sessions within 1 year of the date of purchase. Unused sessions will not be refunded. 3) Sessions are 60 minutes. The start time will be predetermined. If the client is late, the 60 minutes will end from the determined start time, NOT the actual late arrival time. 4) Coach may terminate agreement at any time, resulting in a full refund of unused sessions. 5) Once sessions are purchased, the client has 4 days (96 hours) to cancel agreement. No refunds are given after that point, unless specific circumstances have been proved to coach. (i.e. a doctor's note states client's inability to train before the 1-year expiration of sessions, or client is moving greater than 40 miles away) If so, only unused sessions will be refunded. 6) Client must give notice to coach to cancel a session with at least 24 hour notification to coach's cell phone. If not enough notice is given or if the client does not show, that session is forfeited. If a client has not shown up, or called within 15 minutes of start time, coach can assume client is not coming and session will be forfeited. 7) A doctor's note may be required before training begins based on medical history and medications. You, the client, understand that the coach is not liable for any injury (personal, bodily, mental, economic, or damage to you, buddy, group, or unborn child) resulting from negligence whether related to exercise or not. By booking sessions, you agree that you have read and agree to all terms of this agreement.
